- Assist with translation and interpretation when necessary to ensure clear communication.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a bilingual role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and able to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
