Job Overview

We are searching for a Junior Google Ads Specialist for future client opportunities. This role is ideal for early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in paid search, campaign support, and performance reporting under close guidance from senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Support: Assist in setting up and monitoring Google Ads campaigns across Search and Display formats; support the implementation of audience and targeting strategies aligned to client objectives.
• Keyword & Audience Research: Conduct keyword research and audience analysis under senior guidance; assist in building and refining targeting approaches to improve campaign efficiency and reduce wasted spend.
• Bid & Budget Monitoring: Support bid and budget tracking across active accounts; flag performance anomalies and escalate optimization opportunities to senior team members.
• Testing Support: Assist in running structured tests on ad creative, copy, and audience segments; help document findings to support continuous improvement.
• Analytics & Reporting: Pull and compile campaign performance data; assist in producing regular reports covering key metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
• Learning & Development: Independently review platform updates, training materials, and industry resources to build foundational knowledge in paid search and digital advertising.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Open to fresh graduates and early-career professionals with up to 2 years of experience; internship or academic exposure to Google Ads is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Basic familiarity with the Google Ads platform; exposure to web analytics tools is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Highly coachable and detail-oriented; analytical mindset; self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently in a structured remote role.
• Language: Proficient in written English with clear, functional spoken communication skills.
• Certification: Google Ads certification is a plus but not required.
