Remote Paid Media Specialist (Google and Meta Ads)

Your Role: We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist with proven experience in Programmatic, Social, Search to drive campaign performance, optimization, and accurate tracking. What you will do: Manage and take ownership of assigned accounts, ensuring accurate tracking and strong performance across Programmatic, Paid Social, and PPC campaigns Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversions Collaborate with Campaign Managers and Account Managers to execute optimization strategies and achieve campaign KPIs Perform thorough pre-launch and post-launch checks to ensure campaign accuracy and minimize errors Proactively monitor campaigns to identify risks or performance issues and communicate insights in a timely manner Prepare performance reports, highlighting results, key wins, and actionable recommendations for scaling campaigns Qualifications: 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign analysis, or media buying support Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, Simpli.fi, MediaMath) Strong understanding of performance metrics, including ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion tracking Familiarity with tracking tools like Google Tag Manager and GA4 is an advantage Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills Close attention to detail and the ability to translate data into actionable insights Strong communication and coordination skills Open to undergraduates who meet the required skill set Willing to work night shifts and must have a reliable internet connection for a remote work setup Join our team, and enjoy these benefits: Access to Ayala perks and benefits Remote work set-up and provided with complete work tools Work from home Allowance Healthcare Insurance (HMO) coverage on day 1 Access to mental health and wellness program Life and Accident Insurance on day 1 Convertible leave credits
