FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE
We are seeking for a motivated and result driven Field Sales Specialist or Representative to join Home Pro Construction Supplies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and establishing strong relationships with owners and contractors on-site, and position Home Pro as the premier choice for their tiling and finishing needs.
As a Field Sales Specialist or Representative at Home Pro Construction Supplies, you are more than just a salesperson—you are an ambassador for our brand’s commitment to quality and client satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue while nurturing the long-term relationships that define our reputation in the industry.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain a high-quality rapport
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to practice active listening and empathize with client
- A person of high integrity who builds trust through honest business practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Approach property owners, project managers, and contractors on-site to introduce Home Pro’s tile collections and services.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain a network of contractors, architects, and site foremen to receive early leads on upcoming projects.
- Maintain an organized log of visited sites, follow up on quotations, and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Assess the specific tiling needs of a project and provide expert recommendations on styles, materials, and technical specifications.
