About the role

We are seeking a Professional Medical Representative to join our dynamic sales team on a full-time basis. This is a strategic position within our healthcare sales division, where you will play a crucial role in promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community.

As a Medical Representative, you will be the face of Pascual Pharma Corp., representing our brand values and ensuring our products reach the right patients through the right channels. This role combines professional product promotion with relationship management, playing a vital role in strengthening our brands and expanding our market presence.

Available Locations / Territories

We are currently hiring Medical Representatives for the following territories:

1. Manila

2. Quezon City

3. Lower Cavite

4. Batangas / Mindoro

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned trade sales targets and periodic sales forecasts through balanced product offtake across all assigned product families and product forms.

• Promote and professionally present PPC products to physicians, healthcare professionals, hospitals, pharmacies, and other relevant healthcare facilities within the assigned territory.

• Conduct the required number of medical doctor (MD) visits and product detailing calls for the assigned territory in accordance with the approved promotional cycle and annual plans.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with physicians, key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare decision-makers, and other key practitioners to establish trust, credibility, and long-term partnerships.

• Provide accurate and comprehensive product information, clinical evidence, therapeutic benefits, and relevant medical information to healthcare professionals in support of informed prescribing decisions.

• Implement approved promotional programs, CME activities, medical seminars, product training sessions, and other related projects in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Ensure balanced sales performance across all assigned product families and product forms, identifying opportunities to improve product movement and market penetration.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback, and territory developments to identify opportunities for product positioning, growth, and market expansion.

• Coordinate closely with distributor personnel to ensure adequate and continuous availability of PPC products in assigned branches, stock points, drugstores, and hospital pharmacies.

• Proactively monitor inventory and coordinate appropriate actions to prevent product expiration, stock accumulation, and improper handling or storage of PPC products across distributor facilities and customer outlets.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, physician visits, product detailing, customer interactions, market intelligence, and territory performance, and submit required reports to management.

• Conduct all sales and promotional activities in full compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, applicable marketing codes of practice, and PPC policies, procedures, and field operating systems.

• Take ownership of assigned territory performance and continuously identify opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Attend industry events, medical conferences, and professional development programmes to enhance product knowledge and industry awareness

What we're looking for

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.

• Fresh graduates of four-year college courses are welcome to apply.

• Proven experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales, ideally within the healthcare or medical devices sector is an advantage.

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

• Demonstrates confidence, professionalism, and persuasive communication skills

• Highly driven and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to achieving business objectives

• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory effectively

• Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness in all professional interactions
