Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
- With at least 2-3 years customer service experience is an advantage
- Amenable to attend interviews
- Willing to work either in Pasay or Taguig
- Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
- Oversee critical processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring successful project execution
- Assist the team in implementing process enhancements to boost efficiency and productivity.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support informed decision-making.
- Lead initiatives focused on process automation and digital transformation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Offer guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members.
- Other task may be assigned by immediate superior
