Description - Provide technical assistance to sales representatives and customers regarding loyalty program features and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to improve loyalty program services.
- Conduct training sessions for sales staff on loyalty program updates and technical tools.
- Assist in the troubleshooting of system errors and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in technical support or customer service
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
