Sales Group Manager

The Sales Group Manager leads the sales team and is responsible for achieving revenue goals, improving sales performance, and driving business growth. This role develops sales strategies, monitors team performance, coaches and develops team members, manages client relationships, and ensures effective collaboration with other departments. They also oversee sales processes, forecasts results, and builds a strong pipeline of future sales leaders. Responsibilities:

• Manage and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Make outbound sales calls and handle inbound inquiries to generate and support new business.
• Develop action plans and sales goals aligned with company growth objectives.
• Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop Sales Team Leads and Sales Representatives.
• Set performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Develop leadership capabilities and succession plans within the team.
• Oversee sales processes, workflows, and CRM usage to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Identify sales performance gaps and implement improvement initiatives.
• Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Serve as the main sales contact for regional and global stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular sales performance reports with recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business goals and priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing client relationships.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading sales teams in a high-performance environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Experience handling client escalations, complex sales situations, and aggressive sales targets.
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales performance tracking.
• Highly adaptable, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
