Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or finance support work.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Knowledge of office procedures, records management, and basic documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain financial records (accounts payable, accounts receivable, and collections).
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts.
- Prepare basic financial reports.
- Assist the finance team during audits and financial reviews.
