WE ARE HIRING – PROJECT IN CHARGE (CIVIL ENGINEER)

We are looking for a Civil Engineer with solid construction site experience to lead and manage our upcoming construction projects.
Position:
Project In Charge (Civil Engineer)
Qualifications:
Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage (freshly licensed with strong site experience may also apply)
Minimum of 2 years of construction site experience
Experienced in:
- Structural steel construction
- Substructure/Foundation works
- Construction methodologies and sequencing
Able to:
- Manage and supervise daily site operations
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
- Lead and supervise construction workers and foremen
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and schedule
- Read, interpret, and understand structural and architectural plans
- Solve on-site construction issues and make sound engineering decisions
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and construction documentation
- Willing to work on project sites
- Can work under pressure and meet project deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities
- Ensure work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and project schedule
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
- Monitor manpower, equipment, and material requirements
- Prepare project reports and documentation
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
