Senior Civil Engineer

Description - Supervise all phases of assigned construction projects.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor resource utilization and optimize labor, equipment, and materials.
- Lead safety and risk management activities on-site.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and timely reporting.
- Actively resolve project issues and escalate when needed.
- Collaborate in process improvement meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
What we're looking for:
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering. License is a must.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer, with a focus on fit-out projects and Gen Con experience.
- Can work on multiple projects, outside Metro Manila and in Shifting Schedules.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
- Familiarity with construction industry regulations, quality control, and safety standards
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
