Job Title: In-House Civil Engineer (Architectural Focus)

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Overview
We are looking for a professional, accountable, and highly reliable In-House Civil Engineer to oversee site and production operations in Quezon City. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in architectural finishes , exceptional manpower management skills, and a proven track record in leading site meetings and QA/QC inspections.
Key Responsibilities
- Site & Production Management: Oversee on-site construction, production workflows, and architectural installations, ensuring quality standards and project timelines are met.
- QA/QC Inspections: Conduct thorough quality control and assurance inspections across site operations.
- Manpower & Site Leadership: Directly lead and manage on-site workforce, ensuring high efficiency, discipline, and proper work etiquette.
- Client & Site Meetings: Represent the company in client, consultant, and site coordination meetings.
- CAD & Design Drafting: Utilize AutoCAD and SketchUp for technical reviews, field adjustments, and production coordination.
- Field & Office Reporting: Perform regular site visits and report to the main office for administrative and technical updates.
Qualifications & Requirements
Educational Attainment & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Licensed or Non-Licensed).
- Age Preference: 30 to 40 years old.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience as an In-House Engineer in the construction industry (Site & Production-based).
- Specialization: Strong background focused heavily on Architectural works (rather than Structural, Plumbing, or Electrical).
Technical & Operational Skills:
- Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp .
- Strong inspection (QA/QC) skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical capabilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and manpower management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision as a fast learner.
Other Requirements:
- Transportation: Must have own means of transportation with a valid Driver’s License .
- Location: Must reside within Metro Manila (preferably residing near Banawe / La Loma, Quezon City).
- Professional Attributes: Pleasing personality, presentable appearance, upright, highly professional, and accountable.
