Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support the development and execution of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams, identify potential business partnerships, and ensure marketing initiatives align with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential partners, evaluate their value, and determine alignment with company objectives
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure consistency and effectiveness of marketing strategies
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Maintain and organize marketing data, reports, and documentation
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to support decision-making
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing Management) or any related 4-year course
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Must possess a valid driver’s license (Restriction Codes 1 & 2 preferred)
- Must be currently residing in Manila or willing to relocate
