Job Requirements
Must be License Dental Technician
Educational Qualifications: Associate's degree in dental technology or a related field.
Experience Level: 0–2 years of relevant experience.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in dental lab technology and equipment.
Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow detailed instructions and collaborate with dental professionals.
Working Conditions: Comfortable working in a dental lab environment, often requiring standing for prolonged periods.
Must Willing to work at Epza Rosario Cavite
Manual Skills: Excellent hand-eye coordination, precision, and manual dexterity for detailed work.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital CAD/CAM software, 3D printers, and various dental materials (ceramics, Zirconia, etc.).
Knowledge: Understanding of facial anatomy, dental materials, and manufacturing processes.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, time management, communication (to work with dentists), and teamwork.
Responsibilities
Design & Fabrication : Following dentist instructions, they design and build restorations using materials like porcelain, metal, plastic, and advanced composites.
Use of Technology : They utilize CAD/CAM software, digital scanners, and 3D printers alongside traditional hand tools.
Specialization : Technicians often focus on specific areas, such as: Prosthodontics : Dentures and partials.
- Crowns & Bridges : Fixed restorations.
- Orthodontics : Braces and retainers.
- Prepare and create dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, and dentures.
- Work closely with dentists to understand specifications and patient requirements.
- Utilize tools and technology to manage and fabricate dental molds and casts.
- Ensure high standards of quality and precision in all dental products.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and health regulations.
