Telecom Technician

- Install, maintain, and repair telecom equipment including towers, antennas, and associated components.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshooting of telecom systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards during all installations and audits.
- Perform tower audits to assess structural integrity and equipment functionality.
- Utilize specialized tools and tests such as insulation and grounding to maintain system reliability.
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Vocational
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in telecommunications or related field
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in maintenance practices and familiar with telecom tools
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to troubleshoot generators and air conditioning units (Genset/ACU)
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work at heights and in various weather conditions
