- Resolve issues and answer inquiries related to seller accounts efficiently.
- Assist in onboarding new sellers and help guide them through platform features.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and policies to provide accurate assistance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the seller experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Customer-focused attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle multiple inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
