Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or travel.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using customer service software and MS Office.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, problem solver, and detail-oriented.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with potential shifts including evenings and weekends.
