Description - Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements specifically related to healthcare needs.
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities to ensure all travel requirements are met for patients and their families.
- Provide guidance and support to clients regarding healthcare-related travel insurance options.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare travel regulations and best practices.
- Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues related to travel plans.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field, preferably in travel management or healthcare.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in travel coordination or healthcare support.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Working Conditions: May require travel and flexible working hours to accommodate clients’ needs.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
