Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Responsibilities: • Source and identify qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Learn and understand the job descriptions and hiring requirements of assigned roles
- Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates
- Prepare candidate profiles and endorsement reports
- Assist in managing client requirements and recruitment timelines
- Support end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with recruitment experience
- Experience in recruitment, sourcing, BPO hiring, or executive search is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online sourcing platforms
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented and proactive
- Strong sense of professionalism and confidentiality
- Eager to learn and grow in the recruitment/headhunting industry
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
