database hygiene. By executing reliable process coordination and embedding the Arbinger
SAM framework into everyday applicant interactions, this role maximizes talent sourcing
scalability and directly strengthens Payreto's employer brand equity. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Talent Acquisition Intern serves as the high-velocity operational engine of Payreto's
top-of-funnel recruitment pipelines, ensuring rapid candidate conversions, and meticulous
database hygiene. By executing reliable process coordination and embedding the Arbinger
SAM framework into everyday applicant interactions, this role maximizes talent sourcing
scalability and directly strengthens Payreto's employer brand equity. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Top-of-Funnel Sourcing & Pipeline Coordination
- Execute daily screening protocols and conduct outbound outreach loops (phone invites, structured cold calls) to qualify and convert passive applicant pools into active candidates.
- Orchestrate and facilitate assessments to provide candidates with an organized, professional, and zero-friction entry point.
- Track and monitor applicant progression through initial screening, managing the deployment and tracking of role-based assessments and Mercer | Mettl testing suites.
- Serve as an empathetic, primary point of contact for candidates, applying an Outward Mindset to resolve application questions, provide clear status updates, and capture talent feedback.
- Synchronize multi-stakeholder calendars to set interview rooms/loops, issue accurate calendar invites, and consolidate post-interview leader feedback with absolute promptness.
- Maintain and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR ATS) and operational spreadsheets, guaranteeing 100% data integrity, secure PII handling, and version control.
- Collect and consolidate pre-application files and compliance documentation, ensuring candidate portfolios are audit-ready prior to being endorsed to technical evaluation teams.
- Compile operational pipeline metrics to assist the Talent Acquisition team in drafting biweekly recruitment dashboard updates and ad-hoc talent analysis reports.
- Helps the Talent Acquisition team in other clerical/administrative tasks.
- Generates reports, assists and performs other official work as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
