Sales Associate - Commercial Leasing

About the role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate – Commercial Leasing to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting available commercial properties, generating leads, assisting prospective tenants, conducting property viewings, negotiating leasing terms, and closing leasing transactions.
Key responsibilities
Generate leads and identify prospective clients through social media, online advertisements, print media, and other marketing channels
Publish at least 20 social media posts daily across relevant groups and platforms to promote available commercial properties
Generate a minimum of 10 leads per day and convert inquiries into qualified prospects
Record and monitor all inquiries and leads using the company's Google Drive monitoring system
Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients, business partners, and local and international networks
Develop effective prospecting strategies to support the achievement of sales targets
Provide accurate information about available commercial properties, including their features, rental rates, and leasing requirements
Schedule appointments and assist prospective clients during showroom visits and actual property viewings
Prepare offer sheets, leasing proposals, and other required documentation
Discuss and negotiate leasing terms and contractual obligations in accordance with company policies
About you
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field is an advantage
Experience in sales, real estate, commercial leasing, property management, or business development is preferred
Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential may also be considered
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with social media platforms, online advertising, and lead-generation strategies
Customer-oriented, organized, and detail-oriented
Able to manage multiple inquiries, meet daily prospecting requirements, and work toward sales targets
Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and with a team
Willing to meet prospective clients and conduct property viewings as needed
