- Oversee installation and upgrading of equipment and utilities.

- Collaborate with maintenance teams to optimize performance and efficiency.

- Provide technical support and guidance for facility-related challenges.
- Maintain and ensure functionality of facility equipment; conduct inspections and repairs.
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum of High School or Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in facility management or engineering.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; technical aptitude in facility systems.
- Working Conditions: May involve physical labor and occasional overtime in various environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
