Job Summary
The Corporate Travel Operations Manager is responsible for managing travel operations for corporate clients, ensuring efficient booking processes, excellent customer support, and seamless coordination with travel partners. The role also involves overseeing operations staff and maintaining service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations related to corporate travel bookings and reservations
- Handle executive and VIP travel requirements
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers for client requests
- Lead and mentor operations and ticketing teams
- Monitor operational performance and service delivery standards
- Resolve booking issues, escalations, and client concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with airline and travel industry policies
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Experience in corporate travel operations and ticketing
- Knowledge of travel booking systems such as Amadeus or Sabre
- Proven leadership and operations management experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced and high-volume travel operations
