About the Role

This isn't a "manage the inbox and schedule some posts" kind of role. You will be stepping into a fast-moving, ambitious digital marketing agency as a true operational right hand.

We are looking for a high-ownership, forward-thinking CoWorqer to partner directly with the founder. Your main mission is to completely absorb day-to-day administrative and marketing execution, freeing up executive capacity to focus entirely on scaling. What You'll Be Doing

• Executive Leverage: Take full ownership of administrative and marketing workflows directly off the founder's plate to maximize organizational velocity.

• End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Manage and deliver client deliverables independently—from initial creative brief to final completion and quality assurance.

• Performance Marketing Support: Drive technical digital marketing efforts, focusing heavily on SEO implementation, social ads execution, and conversion tracking.

• Creative Asset Production: Design polished graphics and edit high-quality video content that meets an exceptional aesthetic standard.

• AI Workflow Optimization: Leverage advanced AI platforms (including Claude) to engineer smarter, faster, and more efficient project processes.

• Project Architecture: Maintain absolute organization across all moving parts, keeping deadlines on track even during high-velocity agency scaling.

What We're Looking For

• Digital Marketing Foundation: Strong working knowledge of SEO mechanics, paid social advertising, conversion tracking data, and website user experience standards.

• Dual Creative Portfolio: A proven portfolio demonstrating polished graphic design capabilities and clean, engaging video editing skills.

• Advanced AI Literacy: Deeply experienced with Claude and other leading generative AI systems, knowing how to actively prompt and integrate them into everyday workflows.

• Natural Project Manager: Highly organized with exceptional structural instincts. You are someone who instinctively builds checklists and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
