HR Manager (Japanese Speaker - JLPT N3 or Above) | BPO Industry

Description - Oversee and manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures within the BPO industry.
- Support employee relations and address HR-related issues.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations in both English and Japanese contexts.
- Conduct performance evaluations and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English and Japanese; JLPT N2 or higher preferred.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in managing HR consultancy and strategic planning.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
