Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Sales Leader (Manager) to lead and manage an outbound sales operation within a BPO/contact center environment. The role will be responsible for driving sales performance, leading a team of specialists, implementing tactical business initiatives, and ensuring operational policies, processes, and standards are effectively executed.

Key Responsibilities : 

1. Lead and manage an Outbound Sales team , with full employee lifecycle responsibility including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and development.

2. Drive outbound sales performance through effective management of lead generation, cross-selling, upselling, and customer acquisition activities.

3. Implement short- to medium-term business activities, processes, and operational standards aligned with departmental strategy.

4. Monitor operational and sales performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions for complex programs, processes, and activities.

5. Serve as a subject-matter leader and final decision-maker within the area of expertise while collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Required Skills : 

1. Outbound Sales & Telesales – Strong experience managing outbound sales operations in a BPO/contact center environment.

2. Operations Management – Proven experience managing sales teams, operational performance, and business targets.

3. Team Leadership – Strong coaching, mentoring, performance management, and employee development skills.

4. Sales Performance Management – Ability to manage sales KPIs, lead conversion, cross-sell/up-sell activities, and overall team performance.

5. Problem Solving & Business Acumen – Ability to develop solutions, implement processes, make operational decisions, and manage short- to medium-term business priorities.

Qualifications : 

• 2–3 years of experience as an Operations Manager (OM) or Senior Operations Manager (SOM).

• Mandatory experience managing an Outbound Sales account within a BPO/contact center environment.

• Strong experience in outbound sales, telesales, cross-selling, upselling, and customer acquisition.

• Proven experience leading teams of specialists with full employee lifecycle responsibility.

• Strong understanding of operational processes, policies, standards, and tactical business implementation.

• Excellent coaching, mentoring, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage complex programs, processes, and activities in a fast-paced BPO environment.
