Position: Mandarin Executive Project Support Coordinator Company Industry: Electronic Gaming Solutions & Technology Work Location: BGC, Taguig City Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Mon-Fri at 9 am to 6 pm) Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 80,000 Work Set-Up: Work on-site

- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor’s degree graduate in any course.
- Having experience in supporting senior executives or founders.
- Having experience in cross-border or multinational environments.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Manage executive schedules, including calendar management, meeting arrangements, and travel coordination to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Organize and support executive-level meetings, board discussions, and cross-functional business updates.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record detailed minutes, and ensure proper tracking and completion of action items.
- Monitor project activities by tracking progress, deadlines, milestones, and key deliverables across multiple initiatives.
- Conduct research and prepare summaries, reports, and briefing materials to support executive decision-making.
- Safeguard confidential and sensitive information while maintaining the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Act as the main communication link between internal project teams and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth collaboration.
