- Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with mobility and personal hygiene needs.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and services rendered.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in caregiving or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Working Conditions: Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays may be required.
