Description - Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Assist in coordinating service center operations to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to customer interactions.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication when engaging with customers.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1-2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Attention to detail, strong communication skills, effective interpersonal skills, and exceptional organizational skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor and a willingness to learn
