Greenhouse Worker

Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Experience in gardening, farming, or greenhouse work is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of plant care and cultivation techniques
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
- Must be a resident of Ibaan Batangas
- With valid Driver's License
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in soil preparation, bed making, and planting of rose cuttings or seedlings.
- Cultivate and care for roses, including planting, pruning, watering, and fertilizing
- Monitor plant health and manage pests and diseases specific to roses
- Maintain optimal greenhouse conditions (temperature, humidity, irrigation, and lighting)
- Assist in harvesting roses at proper stage and handling them carefully to avoid damage.
- Help in sorting, bundling, and preparing roses for storage or delivery.
- Ensure cleanliness of the greenhouse and proper use of tools, equipment, and chemicals
- Follow safety procedures and instructions from supervisors at all times.
