Facilities and Maintenance Engineer RME or CPM Lipa

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Certified Plant Mechanic (CPM) At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, manufacturing plant maintenance, utilities operations, or industrial plant maintenance Knowledgeable in preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment, plant machinery, building facilities, and utility systems Familiar with HVAC systems, compressed air systems, pumps, fire protection systems, plumbing systems, and other mechanical utilities Knowledgeable in plant utility operations, equipment reliability, and maintenance planning and scheduling Knowledgeable in PEZA regulations, facility compliance requirements, permit management, and coordination with government agencies is an advantage Well-versed in occupational safety and health standards, environmental regulations, and facility compliance requirements Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, technical specifications, equipment manuals, and engineering plans Experience in supervising service providers is an advantage Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills related to mechanical equipment and utility systems Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and maintenance management systems Possesses excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills Capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Willing to render support during emergency maintenance situations, equipment breakdowns, and plant facility concerns Benefits: Shuttle within Lima Park, Free lunch OT, HMO, 13th month, Bonus, yearly Performance salary increase Work schedule: Sales and Production positions: Monday to Saturday; 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM Interview process: F to F Interview The COO's policy is to value family relationships; There are questions about family during the interview process.
