Assistant Sales & Marketing Supervisor - 2 yrs experience - Lipa

Qualifications  Bachelo's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or any related field.  At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the agricultural, seed industry.

• Experience in supervising or leading a sales team is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing strategies is an

advantage.  Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities:  Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.  Supervise, coach, and support Market Development Representatives and Sales personnel in their assigned territories.

• Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic sales and marketing reports.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, field trials, farmer meetings, seminars, and

promotional activities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key customers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Ensure proper execution of marketing programs and promotional campaigns.
• Assist in forecasting sales and inventory requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely product availability and
