A manufacturing company specializing in precision metal parts and automotive components Position: Manufacturing Project Manager Industry: Manufacturing / Automotive Work Location: Lipa City, Batangas Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday Salary: Php 60,000 – Php 80,000 gross Work Set Up: On‑siteJOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering field 4 years of project management experience in manufacturing (precision parts/automotive preferred) Knowledge of automotive core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA) and quality systems (IATF 16949) Proficiency in project management tools; CAD/engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is an advantage Experience in multicultural/PEZA environmentsJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead projects for new product development, process improvements, and facility setups Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery Manage compliance with automotive standards (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, IATF 16949/ISO) Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen) and risk management Recruitment Process: Initial Interview 2nd Interview Hiring Manager InterviewVacancy posted 4 days ago
