Customer Service Representative (CSR) Location: Bridgetowne, Pasig City (On-site / Hybrid options available) Salary: Up to ₱26,000 gross monthly (depending on experience and account allocation) Employment Type: Full-time Position Overview We are looking for dynamic, communication-savvy, and customer-centric individuals to join our growing team in Bridgetowne, Pasig. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of our brand, delivering exceptional support and resolving inquiries for our global clients. Whether you are an experienced BPO professional or a motivated fresh graduate looking to kickstart your career, we provide the training and tools you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner. Problem Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues regarding account management, billing, shipping, or technical inquiries. Accurate Documentation: Efficiently log and update customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken into the CRM database. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Quality Assurance (QA) scores. What We Are Looking For Education: High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Graduate/Undergraduate. Communication: Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written). Technical Savvy: Basic computer literacy, comfortable navigating multiple tabs, and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Shifts: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays (shifting schedules).
