REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Film Production, Lighting Design, Photography, Videography, or any related field.
• Skilled in lighting setup and design for film production, live streaming, and gaming environments.
• Familiar with PAGCOR regulations, policies, and compliance standards.
• Has experience handling large-scale productions, eSports events, or virtual production projects.
• Knowledgeable in cloud-based production systems and virtual platforms such as Unreal Engine or Unity.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring all productions are executed efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Plan, direct, and implement lighting designs and shooting setups for film production, live streaming, gaming content, and other studio projects.
• Manage and maintain production equipment, including cameras, lighting systems, audio equipment, and post-production tools, while coordinating necessary upgrades.
• Lead and supervise photographers, videographers, lighting technicians, production staff, and other technical personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure all studio activities comply with PAGCOR regulations and applicable gaming industry standards.
• Oversee production budgets, allocate resources effectively, coordinate production schedules, and monitor operational costs.
• Evaluate and enhance studio workflows, production processes, and operational systems to improve efficiency and overall team performance.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, coaching, and performance management to studio and technical teams.
