REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in gaming operations, business development, or a related role within the Philippine gaming industry.
- Having experience in game or product scouting, vendor/provider relationship management, and sponsorship or event coordination.
- Having a strong knowledge of the local gaming market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- Scout and identify trending online games, game developers, and gaming platforms in the Chinese market and other international regions.
- Conduct competitor analysis by monitoring newly launched games, game features, promotional campaigns, monetization strategies, and player engagement activities.
- Research gaming industry trends, player preferences, and emerging technologies to provide market insights for business growth.
- Prepare market intelligence reports and present recommendations to product, operations, and management teams.
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking game providers, partners, and vendors regarding game sourcing, updates, and business requirements.
- Evaluate potential game titles based on gameplay quality, profitability, localization requirements, and user demand.
