Position: Mandarin Business Project Assistant Company Industry: Electronic Gaming Solutions & Technology Work Location: BGC, Taguig City Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm) Salary: Php 100,000 Work Set-Up: Work on-site

- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor’s degree graduate in any course.
- Having experience in supporting senior executives or founders.
- Having experience in cross-border or multinational environments.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Oversee executive calendars, coordinating meetings and travel plans to optimize time and productivity.
- Arrange and facilitate senior-level meetings, board sessions, and cross-department updates.
- Develop meeting agendas, document minutes, and monitor follow-up actions.
- Monitor project progress, including timelines, key milestones, and deliverables across various initiatives.
- Perform research tasks and compile concise briefing materials and reports.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal project teams and external stakeholders.
