The Senior Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for critical support, corporate, and leadership positions within a fast-paced BPO environment. This role will partner closely with Operations, HR, and business leaders to understand hiring requirements, develop effective sourcing strategies, identify high-caliber talent, and ensure timely fulfillment of business-critical positions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned support, corporate, and leadership positions , from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.

• Conduct detailed recruitment intake sessions with hiring managers to understand role requirements, competencies, and candidate profiles.

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies based on role complexity, market availability, and hiring timelines.

• Review applications, conduct initial screening interviews, and assess candidates against job requirements and organizational competencies.

• Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and stakeholders.

• Facilitate candidate endorsements and ensure timely movement of qualified candidates through the recruitment process.

• Manage offer discussions and support candidates throughout the pre-employment and onboarding process.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure ATS data is updated in a timely manner.

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

• Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, professional networks, talent communities, and other relevant channels.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill support and leadership positions.

• Develop creative sourcing approaches for niche, specialized, and business-critical roles.

• Conduct market research to understand talent availability, competitor hiring activity, and compensation trends.

• Leverage employee referral programs and other internal talent channels to increase qualified candidate generation.

Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Management

• Partner closely with Operations and functional leaders to understand hiring priorities and provide recruitment recommendations.

• Serve as a recruitment subject-matter partner to hiring managers by providing insights on candidate availability, market conditions, and sourcing challenges.

• Set and manage expectations regarding recruitment timelines, candidate quality, and hiring requirements.

• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, pipeline health, risks, and anticipated hiring gaps.

• Proactively escalate recruitment challenges and recommend solutions to ensure hiring commitments are met.

Recruitment Strategy & Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing effectiveness, candidate experience, recruitment turnaround time, and overall hiring efficiency.

• Recommend alternative sourcing strategies when traditional channels do not generate sufficient qualified candidates.

• Support recruitment campaigns, hiring events, referral drives, and other talent acquisition initiatives.

• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights on pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, time-to-fill, and hiring outcomes.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

• Minimum of 1–2 years of recruitment experience specifically handling support and/or leadership positions in a BPO environment.

• Demonstrated experience recruiting non-agent/support roles and supervisory or leadership positions .

• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.

• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.

• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities.

• Comfortable working with recruitment targets, deadlines, and performance metrics.

• Amenable to work in the mid-shift schedule and in a hybrid setup.

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting roles such as Team Managers, Training, Quality Assurance, Workforce Management, HR, Finance, IT, Analytics, and other corporate/support functions .

• Experience handling confidential and business-critical searches.

• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, major job boards, employee referral platforms, and other sourcing tools.

• Experience supporting recruitment campaigns, virtual hiring events, or onsite recruitment activities.

• Experience in a multi-site, multi-client, or global BPO environment.

• Strong understanding of BPO organizational structures and operational support functions.
