The Marketing & Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that build brand equity, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s brand and market position.
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, PR, events, and traditional media).
- Oversee brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging, visuals, and tone across all touchpoints.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track ROI of campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Creative, Digital) to align marketing activities with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, branding, or communications, ideally in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand strategy, and market research.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Creative thinker with analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and social media management.
