Sales and Marketing Officer

QUALIFICATIONS: - Must be at least a Bachelor’s degree holder
- With at least 3 years of work experience in sales, preferably with field sales exposure
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
- Knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling techniques
- Experienced in sales planning and forecasting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong customer service orientation
- Preferably knows how to drive
- Willing to be assigned in Batangas and Calamba areas
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achieve growth and meet sales targets by managing assigned territory and/or accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory/accounts, collaborating with other departments to meet objectives and ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships through quality service, a deep understanding of customer needs, and addressing concerns to position SPCMC as a preferred business partner
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their requirements are accurately communicated to internal teams
- Develop, implement, and regularly update annual account plans
- Provide competitive intelligence, customer feedback, market insights, and trends to support business planning
- Monitor and manage account receivables, ensuring collections are within agreed trade terms
- Track and analyze actual performance versus targets, and implement strategies to address any gaps
- Monitor and control account-related expenses, ensuring optimal resource utilization aligned with business goals
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports as required
- Adhere to company policies and procedures in the execution of field activities
- Participate in and support various projects as needed
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time
