Brand Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct field marketing activities such as flyer distribution and tarpaulin posting
- Accommodate and interview clients and clearly explain loan procedures and transactions
- Evaluate and assess client requirements for loan applications
- Verify loan applications in coordination with the IT Department
- Prepare and accurately complete loan application forms
- Assist in loan approval processes under the supervision of the Officer-in-Charge
- Process vouchers for loans, EPA, PW, and remittances
- Ensure all required documents and supporting attachments are complete and accurate
- Encode client information accurately into the system
- Maintain properly signed and well-organized logbooks, vouchers, and forms
- Sort, file, and safeguard documents for both Branch and Main Office records
Qualifications:
- Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate (any course)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willing to conduct fieldwork
- Willing to be assigned or transferred to another branch
