Position: Mandarin Recruitment Specialist Industry: Biggest Mobile Technology Company Location: BGC, Taguig City Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM) Salary: Php 50,000-Php 80,000 Work Set-up: Work On-Site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Must be proficient in English and Tagalog.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and recruitment compliance is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Source Mandarin-speaking candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, Mandarin language proficiency, and overall suitability for the role.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, update the applicant tracking system (ATS), and prepare recruitment reports to monitor hiring progress.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and guiding applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and Philippine labor regulations.
