Candidate Profile:

As the Kitchen Team Lead, you must be sensible, keen on quality, and lead by example. As our ideal candidate, you should have been working in the food and service industry for at least 1 year, have earned excellence recognition, and is wanting to explore career advancements.

Job Objectives:

• To build a network of competent team leads and support groups.

• To strengthen team dynamics, cultivate morale, and support independence.

• To meet service and production standards consistently.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of more than 15 members in the Kitchen stations.

• Focus on cascading updates from the management to the team members.

• Initiate and facilitate coaching and staff training.

• De-escalate employee conflicts and customer complaints.

• Co-supervise with other team leads within the department.

• Cascades latest product, service, and production processes.

Job Specifications:

• At least High School Graduate.

• At least 1 year of experience in leading and supervising a team, focusing on customer service and kitchen operations.

• Has strong knowledge of food production processes and food safety standards.

• Willing to work in EDSA Bagong Barrio, Caloocan City.
