Accounting Assistant| IAN SOLAR
supports the accounting department by performing clerical tasks, maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with financial reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and knowledge of basic accounting principles.
The Accounting Assistant supports daily accounting operations by maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with bookkeeping and financial reports.
Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain financial transactions
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices and payments
- Reconcile bank statements
- Organize and file accounting documents
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 6 months - 1 year experience in the related field
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented and organized
