SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO SATURDAY 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
SALARY RANGE: 20,000.00 – 25,000.00
The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations of the company, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely recording of financial transactions and report of Accounting and Credit and Collection. The role supervises the accounting and credit and collection team, reviews account payable and receivable, bank and account reconciliations, inventory-related transactions, expenses, billing, collections, and financial documentation. The Accounting Supervisor also works closely with Finance, HR, Operations, Warehouse, and Management to ensure proper financial controls and compliance with company policies and accounting requirements. Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Preferably a CPA, although non-CPA candidates with strong relevant experience may be considered.
- At least 3–5 years of accounting experience, with supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
- Experience in retail, distribution, warehouse, or multi-branch operations is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of general accounting, reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable,
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems/software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
