- Make outbound calls and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements and company goals.
- Meet required daily production quota
- Educational Qualifications: No educational attainment required
- Experience Level: With or without experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong Work Ethic, English Language Proficiency, Team Player, Problem Solving, Organizational Skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude towards customer service, Initiativeness and High Tolerance to Rejection
- Working Conditions: Full-time permanent Office-based work with a focus on teamwork and customer interaction.
