- Managing the Chairman's calendars and schedules
- Answering or screening emails, calls, and in-person appointments
- Coordinating travel and logistics for business trips, including booking travel, preparing itineraries, and supporting executives in completing expense reports.
- Serving as a liaison, coordinating with schools for company programs
- Assist the Business Development Department in marketing our services to different clients.
- Handle confidential information, internal dynamics, and sensitive decisions with absolute discretion.
- Execute team events, prepare meeting materials, capture minutes, and organize events and engagements to ensure professional execution and follow-through.
- Must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in any Business-related course
- With 2-3 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Autonomous, multi-tasking capabilities & strict confidentiality
- Complex problem-solving capacity- stress resilience, empathy-assertiveness & autonomy.
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and web-based applications
- Ability to work efficiently, think clearly, and solve tasks accurately under pressure.
- Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
