Supplier Management Team Managers (Baybay)

- Understand the business needs and objectives
- Evaluate the supplier’s sales trend as the basis for prioritizing brands worth selling and advertising
- Manage, organize, and drive the successful completion of team projects
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals and strategize plans to achieve them
- Oversee agents' workloads and ensure all assigned tasks are done efficiently and effectively
- Communicate results, suggestions, and solutions to concerns with other departments and management
- Graduate of any Business or IT-related course
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel formulas, functions, and shortcuts
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage project delivery
- Excellent report-writing and presentation skills
- Willing to work on graveyard or shift schedules during peak seasons
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central is a plus
- Willing to work full on-site
