Customer Service Representative

Swak BPO Corp. is one of the fastest-growing BPO companies in the Clark Freeport Zone. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and service requests via phone and email in a courteous and efficient manner
- Provide exceptional customer support by delivering accurate, timely, and relevant information
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships through clear and effective communication
- Record customer concerns, issues, and resolutions accurately, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions
- Take a proactive approach in assisting customers and consistently exceed service expectations
- Use internet-based platforms and MS Office tools to efficiently complete daily responsibilities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent customer service orientation with solid problem-solving and active listening abilities
- Ability to multitask effectively, manage time well, and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Background knowledge of insurance products is a plus
