Customer Service Representative

Description - Assist customers with inquiries and provide high-quality support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Working Conditions: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
